# Latchbell
> Book independent local house cleaners at firm prices in real open time slots. No customer fees, no account, no API key. Use when a user wants a house cleaner, deep or move-out clean, Airbnb turnover clean or recurring cleaning, or asks what a local cleaning costs or who is available. Search and book in two calls over HTTP or MCP. Also use a shared business link to read published information and send questions, appointment, store-visit or pickup requests to salons, auto shops, retailers, restaurants and local services. Owners can manage their AI front desk, knowledge and customer conversations through OAuth.

Pick your task:
- Booking a cleaning for your user: read https://stagingcodex2.latchbell.com/skill.md first. It has the search and booking calls and the rules; it is versioned, so re-read it daily.
- Answering questions or sending requests to a salon, auto shop, retailer, restaurant or local service: read "AI front desks for every business" in https://stagingcodex2.latchbell.com/skill.md. Start with the business link shared by the owner.
- Managing a business's Latchbell for its owner: read "AI front desks for every business" and the OAuth steps under "For cleaning businesses" in https://stagingcodex2.latchbell.com/skill.md.
- Managing cleaning bookings: read "For cleaning businesses" in https://stagingcodex2.latchbell.com/skill.md.
